When it starts to get warm or nice outside after a long crazy season. Everyone starts to wear tank-tops, shorts and t-shirts. This is used after the winter time is over.

Ex 1: It's act up weather so I'ma put on some booty shorts.
Ex 1: Time to wear something cool, it's that act up weather season.
