A Sheesher is anyone that you look at and think to yourself, "Sheesh!" usually with a negative connotation.

A sheesher can be identified by their appearance or their actions, but sometimes both. Sheeshers are usually ignorant of what's socially acceptable and often cross lines bringing negative attention to themselves.

Sara had too many drinks and called her ex boyfriend 84 times. She's acting like a Sheesher for sure.

I Saw a couple sheeshers walking out of the liqour store at 11am pushing a baby in a stroller and the baby had a lit cigarette.

Emily and Loganne were dancing and having a good time until a couple sheeshers snuck up behind them and started grinding on them.
