When you don't feel compelled to talk or continue a conversation with another person, or when you have just been insulted but don't have the effort to respond with any type of come back
you use the sarcastic brilliant from the show/movie 'inbetweeners' mainly used by Simon.

Jack: Jeremy you are so dumb

Jeremy: Brilliant

Matt: I was talking to luke and he just used the sarcastic brilliant on me!

a shorter and quiker way for being sarcastic about something is to say '10'
10 means lied..
in general when you lie your also being sarcastic
sarcasm = lying about something
lying can be interpriated as lied which can be shortened to 10

stiffler: yea like you wanna go cinema tonight, you never no what you wanna do!

stiffler: sure you do 10

nick: hey, dont say that in sarcastic voice
