government taxation under the guise of one purpose but misappropriating the taxed funds for other purposes.. Taxtortion, a lot like Extortion only group versus group instead of the 1 on 1 approach that Extortion uses

When the state taxes you for the roadways, at the gas pumps, or increasing registration/inspection fees,so you can have nicer roadways, and then misappropriates those funds to the state police instead you have just experienced taxtortion.
