1. To call something or someone a 'Shite Bullet' is to say they make you so angry, or are so annoying that it is physically hurting you, to not physically hurt them.

2. To say you wish someone would Shite Bullets is to say that you wish them ultimate pain for annoying you, but you want it to be their fault. So they hurt themselves, and you enjoy revenge without getting into trouble.
