The name of a boy (not a man) that likes to start Twitter fights, but can't back himself up. Uses words such as "y'all" and "sweetheart" to make himself sound like he is from the south. You can usually smell him coming a mile away, because he is such a shitty person. Additionally, he is an honorary member of the thumbs. More than likely lives in his parents basement. Likes to downgrade girls with fat asses (prolly bc his is flatter than a tortilla).

Person1: You're so random!
Person 2: You're a twat, isn't he Dish (points finger)

*Person 2 later goes home and posts information on the internet i.e.

"Person1 is a twat" then sends the information to his friends thus involving the crowd
