A boy/girl who looks extremely sweet and friendly but, they’re actually deranged and psychotic. They can be creepy when they want to.

Psycho Cunt

someone who would take their dying mother in to care for her during Chemo and then kick her out in the middle of the night with nowhere to go, attached to her chemo bags. Because she thought her mom (the frail one in chemo) was going to hurt the physically large woman.

I can’t believe she would do that to her own mom, what a psycho cunt!
