The ugly mirror is when your anger towards another person is coming from your own guilt in doing the same thing. Maybe they have the same issue/tendency you do, and maybe you have never been on the receiving-end before.

I was angry at James because of his massive mommy issues, until I realized I was looking into the ugly mirror.

Mirror Syndrome

When you look in mirrors, you will always see the faults in you. Regardless if it is a pimple or your eyes having lines underneath. This syndrome may or may not be curable. You just have to believe in yourself.

Me: Hey teacher, can I go to the washroom real quick?
Teacher: Sure, go fast tho.
...In Washroom...
Me: *looks in mirror* Bruh why does my forehead look so big all of a sudden. WHY IS MY HAIR SO POOFY? Omg, is this what my crush sees me like. *goes back*
