A fiends is an addict to nicotine. Fiends usaully always have something in their pocket. A flair, juul, phix, flair, infinix, njoy, sourin,monq, pen, or a cart can be seen with Fiends all the time. Watch out for them because fiends will ask for a hit anything they see.
