To waste time. A cute way of saying "fuck around." Combination of "circum-" meaning "around" as in "circumnavigate" and "fornicate," to fuck. Usually good for a puzzled experssion followed by a chuckle the first time someone hears it. Akin to circumflatulate, but harsher and harder to explain in polite company.

Would you idiots quit circumfornicating and get back to work?

Nobody likes to hang around boring/dull persons for more than half a sec. Having no squares in your circle means your closest ones' group is interesting, driven and adventurous; you stand out as opposed to fitting in.

1. To talk, stutter, or ramble on about something to a friend until you've gotten so confused with your own story you may not remember the point anymore.

2. To try and explain something but fail.

"So there was this guy, right? He was like, tallish, maybe some black hair. No, wait, that's wrong. Nah, I mean he had red hair and some freckles. Right? Yeah, something like that... I think, and he was... umm, wait..."
"Oh boy, here he goes again, talking himself in circles."
OR,
"Stop, don't talk yourself in circles!"

"...and it's a little orange too, with a braid belt thing around the waist, or maybe it was the arm. It was black... a little white on the sides... ahh, I can't explain this, I'm only talking myself in circles."

circle game

as played in Malcolm in the Middle episode dinner out in season 2, it's a game where you have to avoid looking down and seeing someone with his/her hand in a circle below their waste. The opponent tries to trick you by saying something like "look a dollar" or is that your wallet down there" etc. If you do look at the hand formation of a circle, the person that tricked you gets to hit you in the arm as hard as he/she could.

circle jerk

1) Group masturbation, usually males, sitting or standing in a circle jerking themselves or each other off.

2) A fraternity initiation ritual or hazing whereby the lights are turned off. The plege or pledges are told it's a circle jerk. The actives pound their fists together in the darkness simulating the sound of jerking off. The lights are then turned on suddenly and the pledge or pledges are the only ones in the circle with their dicks out.

3) A useless discussion or meeting involving mental masturbation whereby the egotistical, boring participants try to demonstrate they're the smartest persons in the room.

The pledges learned humility from the initiation circle jerk.
