Conventional Gay

Conventional Gays conform to the stereotypical gay subculture, very common in America, but not so much in places like Berlin. They dress the same, look the same, meet in pubs, drink a lot of alcohol, which they need in order to dance or have sex; they talk a lot, but never about anything interesting or important, and laugh loudly and in an affected manner at comments that are not funny. They go to circuit parties, gay cruises on giant ships and only to gay destinations like Sitges, Mykonos or Ibiza. They lack creativity and are too insecure to express any kind of individuality.

All the guys at the bar were conventional gays. I couldn't really tell them apart and there was no one I wanted to talk to so I left.

Conversational Pipebomb

A conversational pipebomb is when someone (usually the guy only kept around out of pity) destroys all momentum of a social interaction with a single phrase or opinion typically awkward, offensive, or ignorant. This usually results in:

1. everybody in the group becoming angry and the once civil conversation devolving into an argument

2. total silence occasionally interrupted with a half hearted attempt at a joke or topic (which is always shot down)

3.everybody leaving

John: Did you guys hear about that shooting recently?

Dave: The one down in Texas?

Steve: YEAH! Really fucked up stuff!

Hunter: Yeah, for sure but I mean those kids were kinda asking for it.

Steve:..... That's a conversational pipebomb if I've ever heard one

Conversation and Hennessy

A way of describing how you proceeded to get a person to leave with you from the night club. In it's simplest way the method involves smooth talking (conversation) and the involvement of Hennessy (high end cognac).

Nate Dog famous line in Eminems song "Shake That":
"... I met a bad b*tch last night in the D
Let me tell you how I made her leave with me
Conversation and Hennessy"

guy: "How did you get her to leave with you?"
me: "Conversation and Hennessy"

quicksand conversationalist

an individual with the ability to trap you in conversation against your will. the longer you stay the more they digress as you sink slowly into their rambling world. struggling only brings up more conversation topics and thus exacerbates the problem. the whole time you are filled with dread because you know at the end you may be asked to commit to a future event. like coffee, or a month holiday.

any situation in which one is trapped in conversation against their will. the conversation is one sided usually punctuated by the infrequent 'yep' in the hope agreeing will end the conversation sooner. the trapper is the quicksand conversationalist.

The amount of cheap hotdogs consummed in one sitting leading to self guilt and ultimate confession of consumptions 2 days later. Leading to a string case of lifetime hotdog fingers.

ONEOPULIZED CONVERSATION

When one speaker takes over the conversation to make it about them and their experiences. Their experiences are always more sad, happy, exciting, or depressing, depending on the subject at hand.

Have you ever had to talk with Sheila? It always turns into a oneopulized conversation, she never listens.
