Wock is Promethazine and Codeine mixed to create a purple drink known commonly known as, wock, wockhardt, lean, purple drank, syrup. When mixed it creates a drink that produce milk euphoric side effect/drowsiness/ a dissociative feeling from all other parts of the body.
