Wibble Wobble 

A phrase used to deliberately confuse, confound or befuddle a person with little or no grasp of the English language, who is employed in a job or position where the speaking and the comprehension of English is of paramount importance.

Its use is more effectively enhanced in a sentence, which utilizes other complicated or easily misunderstood words
Gas attendant: What now you want me?

Motorist: My good man, could you direct me, expeditiously if you please, to Wibble Wobble Ave?

Year of the Wibble 

2005 started off well for "the Wibbler" with a large amount of female contact during the first week of the year. Hence, this will be a fantastic year with the opposite sex for all those that wibble.
That Wibbler's sucked more titties than he's smoked biftas this year. If must be the Year of the Wibble.

wibblesphere 

An expression used to describe someone who's gone off on one in conversation and you've no idea what they're talking about. Floating around in the wibblesphere.
"Dude, that guy was flying high in the wibblesphere today. did anyone know what he was talking about?"
Wibbler: Noun; someone who doesn't believe in misinformation myths without question and/or proof. Recognises such nonsense and responds to it with more satirical nonsense in the form of replying "Wibble". Overall more rational, more logical and basically not a conspiratorial backwards thinking delusionary.

To wibble someone: verb; to mock someone's lunacy with a statement of "wibble" to imply they're talking utter nonsense and it's being responded to as such, with the disregard it deserves.
