Wastelander

A wastelander is a term used for anyone living on the US(rather Canadian) territory, inspired by a post-apocalyptic game series, Fallout. According to those games, after a nuclear war current US territory would be a wasted land with no trees or pure water, inhabited by ghouls, mutants and chinks.

A liberal city like Portland (Oregon), Seattle or San Francisco, will be a perfect example of a modern,liberal, littered tyrannical wasteland.

Since crime isn't included in the 3 plagues of social work, Chicago and New York City are not in my definition of littered tyrannical wasteland, at least not for now.
