The words people (usually tourists) just shout out of excitement when they're going to Las Vegas; it is normal for people to slip on their sunglasses at that point and walk out in style.

Something fun you just say to annoy the heck out of other people or make a big scene (regarding your vacation plans) for no reason.

Mack: Woo! I am going to Vegas baby! *puts on shades& does the macho walk*

It is about to men Raoul Duke(Depp)a journalism expert- and his samoan attorney- Dr.Gonzo(DelToro)- that go to Las Vegas to cover the Mint 400 (a motorcycle race)- and to find the American Dream, acompanied by a trunkful of drugs- these to men turn a simple weekend task-into a psycadellic whirlwind... From a word caption for Sports Illustraded, to a book, to the screem- comes a movie both hilarious-and-savage...

Das Wort Vegasmus stammt aus der Fetisch-Szene und beschreibt einen durch Gemüse verursachten Orgasmus. Bekannt wurde dieser Begriff durch die Influencerin „Militante Veganerin“ welche solche Begriffe in expliziten Videos nutzte.

Allerdings kann der Begriff auch den Geschlechtsverkehr mit ausschließlich pflanzlichen Mitteln beschreiben.
