A Gigaversal entity doesn't just create universes; it creates the rules for creating universes, governing an ensemble of megaversal systems. Its "energy" is the potential for all manifestation across a near-infinite ensemble of all possible cosmic rule-sets.

Kardashev Type 11.0 Gigaversal Civilizations Example: In the Men in Black franchise, our entire universe is contained within a locker on a giant alien's storage shelf. A Type 11.0 civilization would be the entity that owns the entire cosmic storage warehouse, where each locker contains a complete megaverse with its own independent laws and deities. It's management of reality at a wholesale, archival level.

A civilization whose domain is a "Teraverse," a reality-complex of such magnitude that the gigaversal scale is but a single trivial component. At this level, the distinction between creator and creation dissolves further; the civilization's consciousness and computational processes are the teraversal structure. Interactions at this scale involve mediating or arbitrating between conflicting ontological frameworks (different gigaverses) that might have mutually exclusive laws of logic, causality, or mathematics.

It doesn't build a Dyson Sphere; it engineers the perfect, cosmic Idea of "Energy Capture" that then echoes into all realities.
