A person, usually retarded, who is afraid to pass any large, slow-moving vehicle, but still insists on driving in a lane adjacent to said vehicle and so ends up preventing non-trucktards from over-taking and maintaining the free flow of traffic.

the main character unit of the hit idol-raising game ensemble stars that also happens to produce the most boring music on the history of planet earth. made up of members hokuto hidaka, subaru akehoshi, yuuki makoto (slightly less sucky than the others), and mao isara (the best one, which isn't saying much).
