"Thingy" is an adjective that can stand for ANY other adjective, especially adjectives describing mood or emotion. You use the word "thingy" when you you can't think of an adjective to fit the mood/emotion.
"He's so good-looking and smart, I dunno, everytime he's around I feel all...thingy..."
