From P90x's Tony Horton. While doing exercises he says, " It's ballistic, it's static, it's stablatic." The word refers to doing an exercise that is both ballistic and static.

stable buck

a derogatory term used to describe an African-American. It is similar to words such as nigger, porch monkey, coon, etc; comes from the Steinbeck novel Of Mice and Men, in which there is a black farmhand constantly referred to as the "nigger" and the "stable buck."

1- an American living in Asia who is a total badass. Usually found doing the most outlandish behavior.

2- an exclamation of accomplishment after performing drunken feats of awesomeness.

1- Man that foreigner is the craziest guy I've ever met. He's such a Seabolt.
