The in-group that forms between lower ranking enlisted in the military, usually E-4 and below, against the higher ranking members, usually NCOs, within a unit.
Similar to the in-group that forms between the enlisted personnel against a unit's officers.

The order in this unit is has gone down the drain because of the specialist mafia.
