Widely used in Xavier High School, located in Manhattan, and its origins are unknown. Some speculate the mysterious band of hispanics are the originators of this odd phrase.

One of the few last names that, when spoken, is generally followed with a long, yelled SMYTHERRRRRRRRS! Someone standing behind you will ask why your friend yelled Smythers so loud and you'll have to explain that it is from the Simpsons, and various other places and end up more confused than you started. Such a great last name.
