Smiling Neapolitan

This act is both a culinary and sexual delight. Generally starts with an Italian meal, then flourishes into a maddening sexual encounter. Pink represent the vagina, white the taint, and chocolate represent the anus. At which time the man eats hardily until the woman smiles with unmistakable conviction.
