Saltville is a little town located in the backwoods of Southwest Virginia, about as well known as Marion and Chilhowie, unless you're heading up to Bristol TN for the races and happen to pass through. The favorite pastime of the people there is cruising through the post office parking lot and making drug deals in broad daylight. They don't even have a Walmart but they do have a Piggly Wiggly. Also referred to fondly as "Salt Vegas"
