Sefinint – (noun: plural sefinints)
One who intentionally explores spiritual paths to expand awareness, heal, and transform oneself and assist others in doing the same, as one is called. The path of the sefinint may include the exploration of many religious teachings, mysticism, metaphysics, shamanism, and the vast array of disciplines and techniques through which one may experience the ineffable. The sefinint seeks knowledge, experiences, and healing leading to wholeness and a deeper understanding of the cosmos and her/his place in it.

The senan is a dance move which is simply having the index finger of the left hand over your lips whilst the right hands index finger wiggles in the air, there are many adaptations such as the double handed wiggle( simply wiggling both index fingers and not covering the mouth.)
