A quenge is an east british term used to describe the female genitalia. It is often used by teenagers when talking to their friends

People do not fully understand the true meaning on quena as it is not only a cross between a queer and a chocolate bueno bar but was first founded by myself and two others in tha middle of a field and had no real meaning but since the word has become more common and used in the following areas scarborough, malton n other villages u wont know.

so if ya hear da word u can know use it fully knowing the true meaning.
