Phenom

To be "Phenomenal" at something, or to be a person of certain great qualities that just can't be described. Not necessarily a prodigy, but certainly special. They posses a certain "it factor" about themselves, something that goes beyond the exterior but comes from their core and radiates out.

True phenoms exude qualities such as ambition, caring, respect, honor, integrity, and all around character. They are the people you look at and although others may not see it, you know that they are going to be big one day.

A person who says they are a "Phenom" or have "Phenom" abilities are not. This includes saying your middle name is Phenom on Myspace or Facebook. You cannot be a self-proclaimed Phenom, that would be a paradox.

Guy 1: "Hey man check this out on the news. Soldier died sacraficing himself for his fellow comrades. He was said by his peers to have those special qualities that made him stand out among the rest. Looks like they're giving him the Medal of Honor, that guy is phenom."
Guy 2: "Yeah (begins deleting "Phenom" as his middle name on Facebook)

Phenomic

When something simple and good goes horrendously or stupefyingly bad. Usually pertains to MMO games. Origination of this word is derived from the browser-based MMORTS game 'Lord of Ultima'. Developed by Phenomic, an EA studio. The game had attracted many players with it's straightforward and addictive gameplay, but through numerous patches and "improvements", Phenomic has ruined it by dramatically changing gameplay mechanics, or not completely testing functionality in updates, thus chasing away countless players and destroying months-long experiences for many others.

The new MMO game intrigued players during beta and so word of mouth spread, attracting many new players. But then as updates were released, most players /quit with a parting message of "this game is phenomically bad".

seventh dwarf phenomenon

When you can't remember the last item in a group or list because you can only think of the ones you have already named, just as it's really tricky to remember the 7th dwarf's name, no matter which 6 you name first.

I know there are 7 -stan countries, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgistan, Tajikistan, and I can't think of the last one. It's the fucking seventh dwarf phenomenon.

Filthy Frank Phenomenon

The filthy frank phenomenon, is a phenomenon when a famous / infamous person, usually an idol (like Filthy Frank and Senzawa) suddenly abandons their existing career to pursue a new career (same or different) but with significant personality change.
They usually disconnect themselves completely from their old life and act as a separate entity to their past , though some events may trigger flashbacks of their past and sometimes brief actions that mimic their past behaviour may surface.
