Being stuck in a perpetual state of dancing, usually due to insane amounts of alcohol consumption and/or illicit drug intake. It is usually, but not always, instigated by "feel good music", including jam, rock, techno, or anything really.

Something has been so nasty for so long that even if you cleaned it, it would still be nasty.

Or something just happened that was so nasty, there can be no redemption.

1. I got this old cellphone, and I've cleaned it 4 times, but it still has bad breath smell and is greasy. It's PermaNast.
