A penaldog refers to the average retarded Ronaldo fanboy (also known as penaldo) who doesn't know anything about football except "Ronaldo goat, Pessi bottler". These people are often under 13 years of age and are already a menace to society, they make up about 70% of the Ronaldo fanbase sadly.
