Also known as Edgeville Tennessee, renowned for large metal scene. Birthplace and home of "Bob Fest," heavy metal music festival. Generally hated by all people who live there. Well known for alchoholism which spawned phrases such as "mangle-spangled" and "hooped" meaning to be paraletic from alchohol consumption. Home of the drinking club "penicuik booze hounds." also famed for many useless shops, such as numerous estate agents, funeral directors, dentists and optitions.

Them: you wanna go to penicuik? You: no, it's wank.
