Pandexity

Pandexity is a word that describes the feeling of being fulfilled in your day to day life. To do the things you Enjoy:
1. Keep trying new things to discover things you enjoy.
2. Increase Novelty in content consumption
3. Decrease Quantity and Increase Quality in content consumption.
4. Use the compass of discomfort to challenge yourself.
5. Push yourself to be creative even if its hard.
6. Say yes to more opportunities; make life interesting.
