Acronym for Ontario Works, government of Ontario General welfare program. Including highly controversial 'Workfare' programs where welfare recipients are paid 3$per hour for work placement by the government.

Ontario Goverment has been criticized for 'endentured servitue' which is a form of human trafficking, over their OW Workfare program.

Ow Break 

An Ow Break is whilst being in so much pain, usually being inflicted from another person, like when receiving a tattoo, you ask them to stop for a second while you simply say "ow." They then carry on.
