The incorporation of "Mc" produces a Scottish connotation to the term, while bingo-wings refers to the flabs of fat residing below the arms of over-weight, middle-aged women, who can generally be found playing bingo. In its full form, Slutty McBingo-Wings can also be used as a term of endearment.
