A group of radicals on the left in the US. Includes anarchists, communists, socialists, marxists, etc. Often anti-capitalism and cannot paraphrase their 50 books of theory. Leftists usually have pipe dreams of overthrowing the US government and think 98% of the US population agrees with their stupid ideologies. They, along with the far-right, are often seen as complete jokes (as they should be).

Leftist Communist Emily: I really hate big corporations. The US should become a communist society, I'm sure it wouldn't collapse!

Leftist Anarchist Joe: I really hate the government's control on us. I believe I should be able to murder and rape anyone legally.

refers also to something that comes out of the blue, unexpectedly, as if from nowhere.
could refer to the left side of a sports field and the unusual-ness of a successful score from this side of the pitch...it's a guess.
or the left-h-s of the brain and the type of functions controlled therein.

Leftist Appropriation

Describes a phenomenon where popular comedy-based websites that were once funny for everyone get taken over by leftist admins, and cease to be funny for anyone not on the far-left of the political spectrum. The archetypal example is cracked.com. Typically, the wealthy leftist admins will choose to be completely oblivious to massive popular displays of disapproval from readers about the direction in which the website is headed (such as disapproving comments in comment sections, large dislike-to-like ratios,etc.). After all, who cares about the opinions of plebs? They're just too stupid to understand that cultural Marxism is in their best interest.

This should not be confused with websites that were always leftist, such as The Onion.

Man, urbandictionary used to be funny, but now the admins only approve or front-page political definitions if they espouse socialism, black supremacy, and third-wave feminism. Total leftist appropriation!
