Basically, when you dance like an idiot in your kitchen, generally while cooking. May result in accidents, minor burns, and fire.

Sarah: What is that noise? It sounds like... music...
Delphine: Oh, that'll be the neighbours.
Sarah: *quizzical look*
Delphine: They're having a kitchen-rave.
Sarah: Is that why I can also hear a fire alarm?
