International rule of Dibs

A basic rule of humanity that separates us from animals. One has the rights to an object just by saying "dibs". Conterary to popular belief, senority is not a counter to the I.R.D. There are different branches of I.R.D. including the rule of shotgun.

Example 2:
guy1: shotgun
guy2:(runs to car and takes seat)
driver1: dude(2) lets be civilized, guy1 called dibs, get out

Driscoll Syndrome

n., a severe, chronic disorder caused by the atrophy of the 'giveashit' gland in the brain. Often characterized by daydreams and hallucinations of military coups and Marxism during potentially important events in one's life. Usually brought on during bullshit English classes when a five page paper is due, which results in sudden amnesia, often forgetting to do the assignment. However effects of this disease are limited and result in getting 'A' in the class.

That kid is humming the Soviet National Anthem and looking up Robespierre on Wikipedia when he should be studying, I am pretty sure he has Driscoll Syndrome.

Pipe Dribble

When a male fails to adequately fully drain a piss and cuts short and ends up inadvertently releasing a notable dribble of piss onto his pant leg or around the gusset of his pants. Generally happens when in a hurry.

Stan was late for his meeting after he dropped in the men's room to piss and ended up with pipe dribble after cutting it short.
