Someone who seeks romantic involvement with a wealthy individual with the goal of obtaining wealth from the relationship, who specifically targets someone who has succcessfully sought romantic involvement with a wealthy individual, who had the goal of obtaining wealth from the relationship.
Brandon: Did you hear, that old guy Rachel married just died, now she's filthy rich. What a gold digger.

A rather large amount of tobacco that you put under your lip to get a buzz off. Where a pinch is only a small amount of tobacco taken from the tin, a digger is almost twice the size and consequently twice the buzz.
