An occasion when you receive a care package while forward deployed in Afghanistan or Iraq. It is usually in a plain cardboard box; sent from friends and family who on the otherside of the planet and cannot pull their fucking heads out of their asses! They are most likely drunk and laughing about the garbage they are sending you.
