The camera that is designated to seek out fans at a sporting event who are praying, covering eyes, or looking distressed near the end of a particularly close game.

The desperation cam panned the crowd of panicking Cubs fans as they saw yet another win being blown by the home team.

Desperational

Adjective used to describe an action or series of actions characterised by a feeling of desperation. Can be used to describe an event or series of events in either a past, present or future tense.

First coined by Australian former Rugby League player and current sports commentator Corey Parker during a game between South Sydney Rabbitohs and Western Suburbs Tigers during the 2021 NRL season on April 17th.

Hair-tie desperation

When you seem to have lost all hair accessories and very badly need to keep your hair out of your face. When having a case of hair-tie desperation, the affected will use nearly any accessory and/or item in place of hair-ties or head bands. This sometimes works fir the affected and other times ends in a complete fashion disaster.

Girl One: Hey, where'd you get that head band? I''ve never seen one with that shape.
Girl Two: It's actually a neck-tie my mum bought for some random project she was working on. I had a major case of hair-tie desperation and it actually looks kind of cute.

That last desperation

When you have drunk the whole bottle of water or a beverage, it always appears to have a drop leftover in the bottom of the container. That drop of drink is considered as the best portion, but u just can't drink it because of the fucking surface tension

desperation towel

1. When one uses a restroom and there are either no paper towels or a hand dryer, so he or she just uses his shirt as a substitute. In the ideal situation, a colleague or employee is using the bathroom the same time as you and you can use their desperation towel.

Jake: "Hey bra! What ya up to?"
Brian: "I'm waiting for Bill to use the bathroom so I can use his Pink shirt as a desperation towel."
