White suburbanite with a nice car, nice house, nice things, but very limited or zero disposable income. All the money goes to paying off debt (mortgage, car, credit card, student loans etc...).

My friends are all cracker rich, they have nice stuff but no money to do anything fun.

Users/owners are typically addicted to checking e-mail and swapping short messages on the device. It appears as though they are addicted as a crackhead is to the pipe.
