Short of "copy and paste". Used usually as deragotry terms for plagiarism and shortcut. And much often also being used as an excuse for a stupid mistakes which in no circumstances at all deserves any.

'This is a COPAS work! I can do this my self in 3 minutes! Why should I pay your salary if this is the best you can do!" (actual quote from Indonesia's past vice president)

Lecturer Assistant: "It seems that I am very familiar with your work paper here."
University Student: "Well.. actually much of it is a COPAS work from your past dissertation."

A: "Dude! the number in this excel sheet doesn't add up! How come 100 and 30 became 500?"
B: "it's COPAS mistake, I'll fix it shortly."

Errors made when copying and pasting in Word, Excel, Power Point or other computer programs.

Pronunced: Cop-paste-ian

A copastian error occurs when formulas are copied and pasted but pull from the wrong cells within a spreadsheet. They can also occur in programs like word processing programs or presentation software when few words are copied and pasted into an existing sentence creating a grammatically incorrect structure. Occasionally when things are copied and pasted on many pages, the pasted items end up on pages where they should not be. There are many copastian errors that occur and usually can be avoided with careful proof reading and editing.
