Cherry Picker McGee

In Halo or other FPS games, another player who comes after the aftermath of a battle to easily take down surviving warriors.
Most of the time they'll toss a grenade or shoot you from afar using a battle rifle.
They rack up kills pretty quickly and then run when confronted.

*Chris kills Geo leaving him with severe health.*
*Eric swoops in and tosses a Frag grenade.*
Chris: "Dammit Eric! Stop being a cherry picker McGee! Get a real kill!

*Chris kills Eric but is left with no health.*
*Geo drops in and shoots with an smg*
Chris: "Are you fucking kidding me? Learn how to play! Fucking fatass!
Geo: "What? Eric did it!

Constitutional Cherry Picker

One who interprets the United States Constitution to coincide with their own worldview by selecting certain amendments to defend at all costs, while dismissing others.

A Constitutional Cherry Picker is someone who quotes the constitution while claiming that the 2nd amendment protects everyone's absolute right to own and carry a gun anywhere, but simultaneously believes that Muslims should not be granted religious freedom to build a mosque 2 blocks away from the 9/11 ground zero site.
