CymBalls (plural) are a homemade alternative to felt washers and wing nuts on a drum kit. Basically a rubber ball with a hole drilled through it.

The drummer switched from felts to CymBalls, now his cymbals sound different.

To CamBam - The act of vomiting and urinating on one's self while intoxicated. Both vomiting and urinating must be committed for the act to truly be concidered a CamBam. Vomiting on one's self alone will produce a Cam, while urinating alone will produce a Bam.
