An international man off mystery with a face closely resembling the face of a beagle. Usually confused for "Droopy the dog". Man Beagles have been used in the past by the french government for espionage with little to no effect. This is due to the extremely low value of information attained while in use. Usually controlled by a handler called "Ma Beagle".
