A subsitution of basically any verb, like 'smurf' from the smurfs. However, zoink usually means to to smoke cannabis or to steal (sometimes also in the more innocent form of 'stealing', to playfully hide). Zoinking's derivation comes from being, or getting zoinked.
"Hey man let's go zoink the stuff I got from my dealer."
"Did you zoink my shoes dude?"
"Dude he can't stop fucking zoinking."
