A different but cringey way of saying "Wow!" Sorry but I find saying "Wowzers!" A cringey middle aged/ old person thing to say.

Means getting intensely excited on multiple facets. Either sexually excited or any form of intense excitement.

1. Sasha started stripping and Jim exclaimed Wowzers in my trousers!
2. Justine heard she got tickets to see Maroon 5 and the prospect of her seeing Adam Levine made her say Wowzers in my trousers!
