Dispite this, however, a recent survey done on Eka's Portal has shown that around 70% of vorarephiliacs prefer cannibalistic vore compared to the 30% who like vore for the aesthetics and/or hypothetical sensation.

I think vore is discusting, but I won't disrespect a vorarephiliac if they can see it as purely fictional fetish.
