Nobody knows for sure, but could be defined as the insides of ones genitalia. Denis Leary coined this word but never quite says what it is. Most think it is just best left to the imagination, because when it is, it conjures up images of everything unappetizing with the human body.

The practice of project cost estimation based on the weight and/or thickness of the construction plans not on content. Also acompanied by the phrase: "What spec. book?"
This term transponds all fields of construction.

Estimator 1: Looks like the plans weigh 10 pounds.
Estimator 2: Alright based on subcontractor estimating this one will cost 1 Million. Send in the bid.
Estimator 1: What about the spec. book?
Estimator 2: What spec. book? Just send it in already!
