A catch phrase coined by Schmidt on the tv series New Girl. Schmidt famously said “oh snap, shmegington” in response to Cece in Season 2. Used in over 30 episodes, it lead to a viral meme in 2015.

This phrase is meant to capture everything and nothing at the same time.
