When an individual makes plans and promises with people but fails to follow through with them, using phrases like 'problem is mate' and 'i'd love to but', to get out of tight situations.

You: Hey man, where's Dave? He'd said he would deffinatley come.

John: Nah mate, he said he can't make it anymore because he's already made plans.

You: But dude, we planned this weeks ago. Fuck sake he's always pulling a Saity!
