Swiper

A person who uses other peoples stolen credit card information and/or social security numbers to buy Expensive clothes, Hotel rooms and Car Rentals. Thus where the word swiper comes into play, because they usually have multiple people cards on them at once, having multiple cards to swipe.

Swiper: laughs
